The staff was helpful and polite, even staying late for check-in. Perfectly located near Preseren Square, it's great for sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable and the card system is convenient. The bathroom was surprisingly clean and the 24-hour entrance is a nice touch. 👍

The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the bathrooms, although a bit old, were always kept clean. The free internet was fast and reliable, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hostel for its unbeatable location and great value for money.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the location is superb - right in the center of the city and located on the river bank. It was great to be able to walk out of the hotel and find myself right at the end of the main bar area. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions I had. Lastly, the rooms were basic but comfortable, with twin beds and a nice balcony overlooking the river. this hotel offered good value for money with its great location and comfortable amenities.

During our romantic escape, we found the hotel to be in a great location, close to all the places we wanted to see. We also enjoyed the complementary fruits and chocolates that were left in our room.

We did find the closets in the room to be arranged in a way that was disruptive when we were looking for our belongings. the heating system was a bit tricky to use at times.

Everything was spot on.

The location of this hotel couldn't be beat as it puts you right in the action downtown. It's great to be able to walk out and immediately have things going on around you. The staff at this hotel were fantastic - super helpful and sweet. They made our stay really enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms were simple but comfortable. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, without any unnecessary frills. The rooms in the private double room were also really clean. We appreciated the attention to cleanliness and hygiene throughout our stay.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was okay.

Stayed at a hostel in central location, only 15mins walk from station. The locker was a bit small for big backpacks but average bags would fit. Room was by the street and was quite loud, but luckily the roommates were quiet. Stayed for just one night, but 24hr entrance was nice. Staff were friendly and informative, even letting us use the hostel after check-out. Great value for money.
